I quite like my job. But management are very difficult. Most days I don't want to be there anymore. I have something to complain about most days. Is this just how it is now? Or do I need to get out??

When you say 'difficult' can you give a couple of examples of the sort of thing you mean?

What sort of stuff do you have to complain about though? That kind of makes a difference as to whether it’s a you problem or not tbh.
It does sound like you’re not happy though if you don’t want to be there so probably best to start looking elsewhere.

Just being unfriendly, making strange choices no one can understand. Not listening to people's problems when they've arisen. So things are not sorted.
I think I've answered my own question really. It's probably not for me any more.

You've lost your mojo, and that's really hard to get back again. When you don't have decent managers, then you don't have the motivation to do the job well. Time to think of moving on maybe.

I think it’s time to move on, it will only get worse and you will resent it more. In the meantime head down, concentrate on the aspects you do like and keep out of the way of the ones who are sucking you down. Try not to get sucked into bitching sessions, it might make you feel better momentarily but worse in the longer run and there is always the risk of it biting you on the bum.

Same! Odd decisions which noone can explain. Or decisions ignored or left to junior staff. I'm looking for another job.
