Interview STAR scenarios

Hi
So I'm thinking of applying for an admin role. This would be very part time - max 2 days a week.
I haven't worked since lockdown. I worked as a school clerk to governors which meant taking minutes and managing action points. I have completed an MA since then.
When I am inevitably asked about some work-placed scenario what on earth am I going to say ?! I can't think of any examples. Maybe just ones that are over 10 years old.
Many thanks in advance.

Op honestly you will have plenty of valuable examples from the past. If you were in a restaurant chatting with friends and they said ‘I’ve got this issue at work how would you deal’, examples would come back to you from previous roles.

Old examples would be fine in any interview I ran! You don’t need to say the date, just say ‘in a previous role…’

Thanks both ! Most helpful.

As above, old examples are fine. Made up examples are too in reality if they show you have a good understanding or resolution to a problem. Obviously it would be better to say "I haven't experienced that but I would do this."

I have segments that I prepare answers/examples to which cover my sector.

General would be a time when you were/went/showed

Went the extra mile
Were proactive
Prioritised
Worked under pressure
Attention to detail
Adaptability
Strategic
