Currently marketing manager for a private company, business consultancy relying on gov funding been here six years and I've secured an interview to be head of PR for NHS in my own home town. Chuffed I've even got an interview but would I be right to leave a career where it's hybrid, flexible and I'm not micromanaged for a whole new career and a step up.
Ref just turned 40 and have a 6 and 10 year old.
Am I crazy to leave a job I'm semi happy in to take a chance getting to make a real difference in my own community. max salary advertised is about 10k more than currently on
Thanks 🙏
