Job interview help!

I have a job interview for a senior role at a huge multinational entertainment company. To say it's my dream job is an understatement. I need this job. I've read the JD over and over and there is not one element I don't have experience in. I know I can do the job. I'm onto the final stage which is 4 x 30 min interviews on site. The info they've given me is; focus of the interviews would be on Executive Presence, Stakeholder Management, Cross-Team collaboration and Creative Judgement.
Middle two I'm not worried about but does anyone have any suggestions as the what they may ask around executive presence and creative judgement? I've drawn a blank and I need to spend a lot of time preparing. Thanks!

Go onto AI and they give some tips eg

“Absolutely, executive presence is crucial in leadership roles. Here are some interview questions tailored to assess a candidate's executive presence:

  1. *Describe a situation where you had to influence a team without direct authority. How did you approach it?*
  2. *Can you share an example of a time when you had to handle a high-stakes situation under pressure? How did you maintain composure and lead effectively?*
  3. *How do you communicate with and inspire confidence in diverse groups or stakeholders with differing perspectives?*
  4. *Share an experience where you needed to navigate a challenging conversation or conflict. How did you handle it, and what was the outcome?*
  5. *Explain your approach to making difficult decisions. How do you ensure they align with both short-term and long-term organizational goals?*
  6. *Describe a scenario where you successfully implemented change within an organization. How did you garner support and ensure successful adoption?*
  7. *In what ways do you demonstrate adaptability and resilience in your leadership style? Can you provide an example?*
  8. *How do you establish credibility and build relationships with key stakeholders or clients?*
  9. *What strategies do you use to maintain a positive and motivational presence, especially during challenging times?*
10. *Can you describe a situation where you had to represent your organization externally? How did you convey its values and goals effectively?*

These questions aim to probe a candidate's ability to lead, influence, handle pressure, communicate effectively, and steer change while maintaining a strong and impactful presence within an organization.

And

Certainly, assessing creative judgment in an interview is crucial for roles that require innovative thinking and decision-making. Here are some questions tailored to evaluate a candidate's creative judgment:

  1. *Can you share a project where you had to make a creative decision that significantly impacted its success? What was the decision, and how did it contribute to the project's outcome?*
  2. *Describe a time when you had multiple creative ideas to choose from. How did you decide which idea to pursue, and what factors influenced your choice?*
  3. *In your opinion, what's the balance between taking creative risks and ensuring practicality or feasibility in a project? Can you provide an example where you found this balance?*
  4. *How do you approach solving problems that require creative solutions? Can you walk me through your process or methodology?*
  5. *Share an experience where you had to pivot from an initial creative direction. What prompted the change, and how did you ensure the new approach was successful?*
  6. *When faced with a creative block or lack of inspiration, what strategies do you use to generate new ideas or breakthroughs?*
  7. *Describe a situation where you received feedback on a creative idea that conflicted with your vision. How did you handle this feedback, and what was the outcome?*
  8. *How do you ensure that your creative ideas align with the overall goals and vision of the project or organization?*
  9. *Can you discuss a project where you collaborated with a team to bring a creative vision to life? How did you navigate differing opinions and ensure the final product met expectations?*
10. *What metrics or methods do you use to measure the success or effectiveness of your creative decisions? Can you provide an example of a successful outcome based on these measures?*

These questions aim to gauge a candidate's ability to make informed, innovative, and effective decisions within a creative context, considering factors such as problem-solving, adaptability, collaboration, and alignment with broader objectives.

Ask the questions to ChatGPT as the previous poster said then go off them leads. It’s how I got my job!!

I told the CIO who I report to and he found it hilarious/ingenius and he confessed he’s done the same in other scenarios. No shame in it.

ayegazumba · 13/12/2023 23:08

I have no shame if it gets me the job!

I really suggest signing up to ChatGPT (version 3.5 is free) and playing around with it. You can ask it the questions the previous poster has posted in the context of someone being interviewed for role X.

Milliemoos5 · 14/12/2023 07:40

Defo no shame in it! It’s the future

for info, I used chat GBT. You can also then ask it the interview questions above and it will give you some suggested answers

good luck, you’ll smash it I’m sure !
