I have one coming up too - I assume I'll have to do a presentation but they haven't said.

I haven't found anything much online for the NHS, it's all recruiters talking in vague terms. It's a long time since I had an interview so I'm looking for tips too!

Bump.

From the other side of the desk, be calm, nervous is okay but need to be able to respond under some pressure. Have one good example of a problem at work you handled well (personnel, task, skill development, etc) that you can relate to the interviewer as an example of strength, problem solving, other when they ask you how you handle things/solve problems/a weakness and how you over came it - whichever is their question but they all stem from the same place. Have some questions to show interest but not like you are trying to show off inside information or stump them - how does the team interact in and out of work, what are likely to be some unique things about the role, the department, the personalities, etc. Basically we chose you to interview as you have the skills on paper now we want to put the person and skills together and whether you are going to add to making things move smoothly forward or going to be a problem due to needing support, additional skills, etc. Have a logic problem solution practice before going in (how are M&Ms made without fill holes or drips?) and then be yourself. The most common interview questions are on-line if you want to prep for them so you are less nervous: https://uk.indeed.com/career-advice/interviewing/interview-questions
