Employer not implementing reasonable adjustments-affecting health

I have a disability - my employer agreed to specified reasonable adjustments but doesn’t action them and is aware that lack of adjustments is having adverse effect on health.
Do I have any redress please?
If I end up going on the sick due to above will this sickness be discounted when calculating Batman scores? Thanks

Could you email your boss and HR and ask if they would like you to arrange purchase and talk to IT? you shouldn't have to but it might be a shortcut.

How was your manager aware of the reasonable adjustments - advised by occ health? I would make sure you are chasing (in writing) and stress that you are at a disadvantage without the adjustments.
can your employer consider paid disability leave whilst you await the adjustments to be put in place? It shouldn’t be sick leave if it’s connected to your disability and the lack of reasonable adjustments

If equipment then engage with access to work (online app) they’l send someone out to access what you need etc provide recommendations and grant (full or partial) employer will get reports, and details how to claim. Have u ever had a OH report?
