WFH -Too Scared To Ask

I’ve always worked a proportion of my hours from home, and obviously over covid was 100% wfh like a lot of people.
When asked to return, I put in a formal flexible working request for this to continue.
A meeting took place with Mgment. They went away to consider and discuss. 24 months later I’m still wfh but no one has mentioned it again.
Should I raise the issue as it was a formal request, and I wanted it to be contractual, or should I just continue as I am ?

Personally I would keep my head down and carry on as I am

Definitely continue as you are. It's been 2 years!
If they you are expected to return at any point, they will certainly contact you

I’m no legal expert, but if they’ve let you carry on for 2 years it might have become an implied term of your contract. I would keep quiet and carry on.
