Help…Rose, Bud and Thorn..

I need to hand in my Rose, Bud and Thorn sheet into work following our admin meeting last Tuesday. I’m struggling what to put for Bud…new ideas that have blossomed or something looking forward too?

I don’t enjoy the job as much as I did because of how much work they push this way, what do I say without sounding rude?

I thought this was a Baby Name thread.

Looking forward to new members joining the team to redistribute the workload??

If you really can't think of something suitable to go in the "Bud" category then surely just leave it blank. Making up something is hiding the issue.

If you do want to hide the issue, then just mention some upcoming project or piece of work that you don't mind saying you are looking forward to.
