Unable to take more hours..Manager awkward

I’m an office worker and work 28 hours per week and now the Office Manager wants me to work past my finishing time (3.30) to minute meetings. I’ve told her point blank I’m unable to as I’m a carer for my Dad who struggles with his old age and health issues.

She’s now ignored me over Skype in meetings and more recent so has the Team Leader. These incidents are happening more and more and it’s really bringing my MH down. I have a colleague who I know can do anything and is full time but they can’t give to her as she works another (slightly) different job.

How do I deal with this? I’m so low I can’t face Monday if this continues…

What do you mean she's ignoring you? Is she ignoring work related emails?

Do you mean you are getting funny vibes from her she's giving you the silent treatment? Laughing and joking with everyone and ignoring you personally?

She has been ignoring any emails I have sent but swiftly replies to my colleagues. Over Skype there has been a few occasions where I’ve felt an uncomfortable vibe from her. It’s making me dislike a job I’ve done for several years. I don’t know how to react now when I see her on Skype as inside I’m dreading seeing her face.
