Is there any union that can provide an official for a disciplinary, but it is okay if you were not a member when it happened? I had one before when I was not a member but it was a long time ago.

No. They only represent/support if you were a Union member before the disciplinary. This is why joining a Union is important. I’m so sorry. However, you can ask someone to accompany you for support . I hope it works out for you. Xx
