I've just had lunch with my boss to talk about my return to work. I thought he'd pay as my SMP has now stopped so I chose a cheap main course, tap water and no extras. He had starter, 2 drinks, special main and side dish. Bill came, he didn't offer to pay so I said 'let's split it'. He said he hadn't any money so I paid the whole lot - £30! I wouldn't mind so much if I hadn't seen him go for lunch without any cash a number of times before so I don't think it was an oversight. He wasn't even apologetic! This has really riled me. Sorry this sounds petty but I had to let off steam!
