Job dilemma

Hi everyone, I'll keep this super basic! I was made redundant earlier this year and have had a few temporary jobs since and have managed to remain employed in some shape or form. I was at one place about 2 months but had a chance of what I thought would be a job more suited to me, when I went to start the induction it became clear this wasn't going to work out. I then had some agency work but the original employer that I left has agreed to take me back willingly. The problems I have are that it's a fair journey from home and low wages / not enough hours so long term I won't manage financially. My dilemma is it looks like I have an offer for a job that is much better pay with long term security and I feel awful that I may be leaving them again already, what would you suggest, what would you do and what would you say to them. Just to note prior to redundancy the shortest I have worked somewhere is 7 years I'm just not used to this stress of jobs churning all the time.

Absolutely go for the new job! as you say you don’t want to keep changing so having decent pay etc is a priority for the next X years!

Try and string out the process for your old one if you can until it’s certain that you have it.

good luck!
