I am in need to hear some successful stories after redundancy...
I was made redundant in the beginning of September from a tech company.
Long story short, I moved industries from fitness to tech around 9 years ago.
Over a year ago I joined the company in leadership role, everything was going very smoothly until the company was taken over by PE and all changed. Basically, PE cleaned all managerial positions and left only the senior ones.
I started to apply for jobs straight away and had some interviews but they led nowhere.... I registered with professional company to rewrite my CV so I can apply for wider roles. I really don't know what else I can do.... Unfortunately I wasn't given any big redundancy package as I was with the company less than 2 years.
