Does anyone work for a charity and if so, are you having problems setting up the new Charity Commission online system? I've had numerous phone calls with them (over an hour on hold each time) but I still haven't been able to set up our new account. So far they've sent me at least 7 unique links and each one has failed for different reasons. For example, the last one wouldn't allow me to create a password so I couldn't progress any further. Every time I speak to them they tell me there are known glitches in the system and that their IT department will send me yet another link. This has been going on for weeks now and the whole thing is causing so much unnecessary stress, compounded by the fact that our annual accounts should have been filed 15 days ago. Is anyone else having this problem?
