Help maternity leave discrimination

Hi all,

I work for a large corporate company. During my first mat leave I found out everyone except me received a pay rise and that my yearly bonus was just over 1k less that every one else's. I was pregnant with my second child then and let it go.
Now I'm due to come back from my second mat leave I've again not received a pay rise. We're due to receive our yearly bonus in December so I will have to wait until then to find out how much I will get.
There's also been a lot of changes in my department that I've not been made aware of and a couple of promotions, which I've not been made aware.
No one has kept in touch with me, my hr access has been revoked I'm not even entirely sure who my manager is.
I've been trying to get in contact with someone from my company to put in a flexi working request but I'm being ignored.
Is this maternity discrimation, what can I do about this?
I have emails and texts to prove I was trying to get in touch with someone, from what I understand they have 3 months to review a flexi working request and I come back in December so it's potentially been left too late.
Any advice please? Thank you

I experienced this myself however it was 20 years ago and things have moved on since then.
As a result of maternity leave you should not lose out on anything.
I would raise it with HR.
Also your organisation shouod be offering you Keep in touch days.
Again they should be responding to flexible work requests.
E mail HR and your line manager copying in their manager.
This is clear lack of care.
