Previously I worked with a on a project that came to a natural end due to funding,we have since all gone our own ways but I do keep in contact with them. Anyways I was chatting to one of them the other day asking them if they where enjoying there new job etc and I said to them I was looking for other jobs due to the wage in on being ludicrous. I sent them the job I was looking at in passing and now fast forward they have also applied for it and has an interview as well as myself. This person is older than me and has a lot more experience in the industry and I am now terrified because if I had just kept it to myself in the first place I wouldn’t be in this position.wtf do I do
