Just wondering what questions they asked, were they generic questions?

did you have to do any scenarios or answer ‘what would you do if this happened?’

thanks in advance

What sort of experience have you got?

I did the job (50:50 with another role) for a couple of years. When I was interviewed I was extremely junior so my questions were quite basic - all clinical and scenario based though.
In my experience, resus officers are usually all the same type of people - quite loud and proud of what they do and their achievements. They can be utterly lovely but rarely deviate from that personality.
Just remember - the algorithm is king, do not under any circumstances deviate from the algorithm even when clinical evidence advises otherwise.

haha yes that is also my experience of Resus officers too 😂 it is kind of a side step role for me. My last interview was very generic questions e.g tell me about a time when you had to take charge etc
i did wonder if this would have scenario based questions. Do you remember what scenarios they asked about?
