NHS return from Mat leave. I usually work condensed hours 7-5 x4 which I loved. I feel like I won’t get to see my baby too much by the time I commute home, it’ll be dinner then bed. Is the condensed hours worth it for that one day off together? other option is 5 days however she would be in childcare for those full 5 days and the thought of that is upsetting NeverMind the financial cost on top which is even scarier….
