Hi all.
I've been shortlisted for an assessment day for a telephone 111 advisor. It will include:
- We will explain all about DHU and the 111 service as well as giving you some real call examples.
- Group activities
- A telephone test and a short interview
- Q & A session
So, for anyone that has been through this process, can you give me some insight into what the group activities might/will be, and the telephones test.
Also, for anyone that works in this job role, is it a requirement to work Christmas day, or can you choose to work Christmas day or Boxing day?
