Is WFH roles still a thing in customer service?

is working from home with a customer service role still a thing?! Struggling to find any remote jobs in that kind of sector.

No but whilst I don’t believe it is Ok to lie on these types of forums to people; employers do not quibble about it.

A night shift 4 on 4 off pattern in May 2023 with an all alledged insurance provider which was fully remote is now 6 months later ..hybrid remote…

A doctor care online service expected its customer service agents to get over 80% compliant in the summer of 23, fully home working but under garbage training.

I think employers who don’t keep up the remote attendance and lie about such should be deservedly shamed.
