My gp did give me may be fit to work for 4 hours and minimal driving- I beg my current employer to let me work as per Gp advise and not forcing me to go off sick -however they forced me to go off sick- I worked somewhere else temporarily outside my contractual hours with my current employer. can my current employer start disciplinary on me for that reason?

Noone here can really answer that. It'll depend on so many factors. It would be a disciplinary matter at my work though.

You can work at another job when off sick, as long as it is outside the normal working hours and the reason you're signed off sick doesn't apply to 2nd job.
So one job may be physically demanding which you can't manage but the other one might be mainly a desk job.

In your case your GP said you were fit for work but the employer couldn't accommodate the adjustments. But it sounds like the second job could.

However, some employers have contractual terms about not being allowed a second job, or needing permisson for a second job. If so yes, they could discipline the OP.

To be fair to the employer, they didn't force the OP off sick - asking for an adjustment which substantially changes the role, even temporarily, may not meet business needs. They can't just make up a job for 4 hours and minimal driving if there isn't a job that they need doing that meets that criteria.

We have to declare 2nd jobs to HR, even if it's only voluntary.
