Band 4, NHS PA/medical secretary interview

Hi I have an interview coming up for a band 4 PA/medical secretary and would welcome any tips/advice to help me in the interview. I've had loads of interviews lately without success despite having lots of experience. I just get so nervous and seem to mess up. I really want this job so any advice would be greatly appreciated as to how best to answer questions etc/cope with nerves. Thank you!

general nerves - Have a banana and some rescue remedy before the interview. When you get in take a moment sit your bottom all the way to the back of the chair (unless they offer you a sofa where you think you might not get up again) and get your legs comfy.
