EOI Help HEO changing and improving

I'm going for an EOI where the behavior is changing and improving.
My issue is that the examples I have for the statement would be the same as for the Behaviour. The essential criteria closely follow the behavior descriptors, except clarifying it's related to project support.
I would have weaker examples if I 'need' to make them different!

Also unsure if I can use a 'making effective decision ' example as taking managed risks, considering impact of changes on end users sounds a good fit here?

Anyone able to advise?

I’ve never had to do a behaviour separately to the statement for an EOI nor sifted any like that. Usually you would include the behaviour with the essential criteria in your statement

It's 500 word statement and 250 Behaviour

What does the EOI specifically say? In our dept, the statement is supposed to address how you meet the JD criteria (so you have to demonstrate each one) and then the behaviour is addressed separately. This is made very clear in the aplication though. Have they said what they are looking for in the statement?

Yes it's the same. Statement addresses essential and desirable criteria with behavior separate.
The criteria tie into the description of the Behaviour though!

That’s really odd they’ve set a word count separately. Usually it’s 500 or 750 all in.
