Our Team has a Skype meeting in an hour with our Office Manager. The last time we spoke she was particularly rude to me. I’ve always struggled with her and it has affected my MH but I try not to let it. I join the team meeting friendly and try to smile to find her chatting away with a colleague or two, completely leaving me out. She doesn’t even acknowledge my presence.
What would you do different? Advice welcome as I’m dreading this morning,
