KPI template

Any basic KPI template someone can point me in the right direction pls?

My work have just suggested me use them and as a new manager I've never worked with them as in had to creat or set them

Can anyone help?

Have an idea of what KPI s to set but need a template

We don't use a template just use excel, list the tasks and add the kpi in terms of hours/days/weeks.
Some Kpis are broken down into one overall and tasks within the overall one.
