Due to internal restructuring I was made head of a group with no promo or pay rise. Like all companies, business is not great and some roles being redundant. Been told theyll revisit next year to see if they can get me a raise. I am looking for other roles in case business gets worse but the one thing that is really good is the pension and I do plan to retire in the next 5
years or so. Has anyone been in this position and did you ever get a raise? I do understand business is poor but feel a bit put upon as it’s a stressful job.
