Any advice welcome. I've name changed just in case
The company I work for has been purchased by another company. What I've seen so far indicates to me that my role will change dramatically and will become way more boring and repetitive
I imagined that there might be the <probability> that I'd be made redundant but that isn't looking as likely now
Obviously I can just hand my notice in.
Does anyone have any experience of negotiating voluntary redundancy, and how did that work?
