What do HR and managers think of it, even if you know it's not been reported? I've been in a role under a year and I've heard of a few employees gaslighting as in blatant denial a few times already. I'm seeing now its normal to them and the bullies go unpunished despite everyone knowing what they've done. They can't retain staff because it's so nasty.
