Just helping my sister with an workplace issue around her performance. She requested copies of all performance reviews. She has been there 10 years. Blue chip company, big HR department. They told her they do not keep copies of performance reviews. Can this be true?
She isn't very well organised and didn't keep copies when sent after reviews. There is no portal where such things are logged.
