I am due to return back to work soon from maternity leave.
The trouble is that I couldn't stand the job before, I hate it even more.
I am full of dread of that day of return. I work in finance and have done for the past 10 years.
I am endlessly trying to find an alternative career for me to get into, which offers flexibility and the option to work from home.
The one that keeps popping up is web development. I have had a taster session and to be honest I really enjoyed it.
The problem is, that I am unsure of how to learn code and where to start. What's the best route? Which recommended courses should I take? How much should I spend on courses or even if free ones are available. I feel like I already have imposter syndrome and not sure I am capable of being able to learn it and successfully change career.
But it's something I am so desperate to do.
Any help would be appreciated!
