I'm a part time Ops Manager, working 3 days per week (sometimes the odd extra half day when childcare allows).
I would like to hear from other Ops managers. Are there many other p/t ones about?
Are you also run off your feet busy? I feel like I don't stop which I love to an extent but sometimes it feels suffocating. My kids are young which obviously adds to the daily stress.
Just wondering if all ops management is like this? I know I'm lucky working p/t though.
If your workload isn't crazy, what sector and type of business are you in?
