Quick opinion needed please. I work in the care industry and recently started a new job. No on the job training provided to assess our clients (mental health and learning disabilities field if relevant) only a 1 day online training module 5 weeks in after finding my own feet somewhat I now need to be assessed. Seems appropriate but somewhat backward to have not been given the on the job training first? Is it just me?
