I’m looking at an SEO position (I’m HEO now) and I’m so confused about how to target the personal statement and interview.

The statement tests 5 experiences and one behaviour, with the interview testing a further 4 behaviours and 1 experience.

I would normally separate the personal statement into the 5 experience, but then how do I ensure I also hit the behaviour criteria?

Any advice on how to structure and word anything would be gratefully received as I’m going around in circles here!

The key am effective statement and application is using the STARR methodology religiously. Don't spend ages on the situation, focus on actions. Avoid "we"; always "I" followed by a verb "I led, I managed, I facilitated"
What are the competencies and behaviours and I can give you a better steer?
Don't forget to use the CS dictionary-its great for being able to tick off behaviours expected in each competency.
