Senior LA post - union?

I've recently taken a post close to the top of the NJC payscale (as an indication of the type of role). Which union would you suggest is most suitable?

had to google the pay scale 😂 been a couple of grades down from that. But having worked in LA and NHs for around 20 years I’ve always gone unison- in one profession their membership came with the professional body so it was a no brainer but also they seem to have had a bigger presence in the 3 places I’ve worked in that time. They seem to be the one with reps in the office, at strike days and in restructure meetings. Never had to use them personally luckily enough. Congrats on the job x
