Has anyone used a good interview coach in the UK to get support with getting a new job?
I work in public sector management and I have been with the same employer for 21 years.
Recently i have applied for 4 jobs and been successful in getting shortlisted for interviews but I really fall apart in the interview with the questions.
I feel really really anxious about being an external applicant trying to get a management job at same level in another organisation.
I know that STAR technique but I seem to have mental
block when the questions are posed.
