So the company has decided that we should all get peer feedback (which is good). However I don't necessarily agree with the format.
So we're a small team of two, and our manager has asked for feedback from all of our colleagues we work with (mainly sales and customer success). Then she puts it on a spreadsheet and talks about it with two other members of our same team (different roles).
She says it's anonymised but with only being two of us with such different personalities then it's obvious who she's talking about.
I feel it created unnecessary rivalry. Would you say something?
