Hoping someone can help with an NHS pay query
i joined in Sept 22 and went off sick in April 23 ( complex surgery)
Had one months full, two months half pay and now just on SSP as still off sick.
On 1st September 2023, I am now in my second year service = 2mths full, 2 mths half pay.
Does this mean that in Sept 23 pay, I will get a further month of full pay ( 2mths full/ 2months half less the 1 month full/ 2 mths half I have already had)?
Or will ESR work out I am due just SSP as it bases my sick pay entitlement as what I was entitled to when sickness began in spring.
