Hi,
I am looking for good ideas for an end of programme, celebrating success session. There will be an informal celebration in the evening but boss keen to run a 30 min session to celebrate and recognise achievements and people. Anyone done anything like this that worked well? Wondered whether we get attendees to nominate one person each and tell the group why but can't think if/how it will work... could be 30 people or so maybe a few more...
