Interview prep help please

I am prepping for an interview I have next week, the company sent over a "hints & tips" pack which is really useful however I am stuck on one of the points.

It says to "Have a good understanding of the various communities in the county", so I'm assuming they will have a question on this.
I am stuck on what this actually means and what the potential questions could be.
Does anyone have any idea?

Within the County that job you applying to is, are there communities made up of majority Muslim, Hindu, Sikh or any other religion or any communities made up of any majority Polish, Romanian, Spanish or any other nationality?

Without knowing the County or the job it will be difficult to help more.

Cultural differences, diversity of practice or though, any potential conflict between the groups?

The county the job is in is Essex and it is an admin role but in the p olice station.
I did wonder if it meant the communities as in cultural, religious etc but I'm not sure.
