NHS 8C interview tips

Morning!
I have just found out I have an interview for a Head of operations post for a mental health trust.
I will obviously speak to the recruiting manager prior to interview but wondered if anyone had any interview question examples or tips as I have never interviewed at this level before!

The questions themselves weren't too complex, they wanted lots of depth and breadth to the answers which o struggled with under pressure.
