Advice please. I am in a well paid job working 26 hours. I am toen between staying in this comfortable role and applying for a new role at the same pay but more stressful and rewarding.
Was in a more rewarding role before but it put pressure on family live as the work lived on in my head after logging off gor yhe day.
Do I stay in boring role as it works for the family or go for more rewarding role that's less ideal for the family
Kids are in year 1 and 5, husband works long hours in his rewarding job.
