Has anyone any experience with them?
I recently took a sabbatical from my post (Community Mental Health Nurse) and have decided I don't want to return to that role. I am planning to relocate as soon as my house is sold (whole different thread!) but felt I would like to do a few days here and there. I want to remain with the NHS so have been trying to register with NHSProfessionals. I've been trying for the past 2/3 weeks.
There seems to be an issue with the software. There's a question where it asks for your next revalidation date with a calender icon for you to click on to put the date on. But it doesn't seem to accept it and there's no way to add it manually.
The live chat doesn't understand my question.
The email thingy (not an email but somewhere you send questions to) won't accept the question (something about recaptcha or something?)
The phone either tells you to go online, I tried a different number twice, was waiting for upto an hour. Today I finally got through to a human and they then hung up?
I have tried my tablet, my laptop and different browsers but the glitch is everywhere and it won't let me past to complete the application!!!!
It's driving me insane and I'm getting really angry. I've been in mental health nursing since 1986, consider myself to be semi retired but I keep hearing how the NHS/govt want 50 somethings to return to the workplace but it seems it won't let me!
