Am I not recognising an opportunity been working in the public sector for almost a year and feel like on a rotating wheel. My role involves me looking at schedules the staff have limited skills apart from in-house training and drop out frequently making it difficult with management giving little support apart from being loud and condescending when asked questions. Have been promoted feeling drained. Questioning why the previous employees left
