I am been working hard to get this senior role. I got it!!! Pleased and proud.... but, how do people keep themselves motivated to do excel!!? I was so keen on this project but now it's the same drill but the project is still important. I want to have the same enthusiasm for rest the year and next year to run this project.
Any suggestions?
