I'm looking for some advice re negotiating a contract for a job I've been offered.
The role is asking I give three months notice. This is much for that the usual one I've given in previous roles.
The other thing that's giving me pause is that the company is offering a 3% pension contribution. I've got another offer on the table that is offering a 10% contribution if I put down 5%.
