Hi, I've got 2 children 3 and 9.
For reasons I won't go into my husband isn't very able/available to do much in terms of work supporting drop off, pick up and after-school care.
In my current role I can be relatively flexible and still deliver what's needed.
A new role at another company is being advertised that I'd like to go for....but there's a chance the new place won't be as flexible and may require occasional overnight travel.
Does anyone have any advice on how to successfully navigate career ambitions without a great / available hands on support network?
