I was just wondering if anybody knew how the bands work in terms of the increments. When it says +2 years experience, does that mean within that band or within the trust? I have just taken a new job a band higher than mine currently is, I was just wondering if I would be on the entry point for 2 years from starting at the new band or from when I started within the trust on my current band
