What footwear?

I start a new job with the nhs next week as a domestic assistant. I am waiting for my uniform but I'm confused about what footwear is best. I usually wear ballet pumps or fabric trainers like Nike air max but I thought leather or washable ones would be better? I'm not going anywhere near crocs. I hate them.

Anyone who works or has worked there can you recommend me some options?

I'm NHS but a different role. Type of footwear is usually stipulated in uniform policy. Have worked in 2 trusts and both are black, wipeable, closed toed. I've got leather Skechers which are really comfy.
