Received a job application form via email, do I fill the details in on the laptop, so it’s printed or print it out then fill the details in with pen? Or it does really matter? Even if I type the details in on the laptop, I will still print the form out & hand in or post it so they will be receiving a hard copy either way.

Do they ask for a digital or paper copy?

Personally I would type because it will be easier for them to read.

I would type it, and send it in electronically. Most places don't want paper copies anymore, makes it easier in regards to storing inline with GDPR too.
