How to stay motivated?

I am been promoted 3-4 months ago and that was my goal job. I feel I achieved something great. I was proud for a bit and wanted to do great in my new role. I learned quickly. It's only been few months but I feel I need to have that fire in me to keep me motivated and excited. I'm asking the community here on how to stay motivated once in a higher position?

If you're feeling like this then i'd say you were ready to progress to the next promotion. I would continue doing well in your current role but look out for another promotion opportunity. All the best xx
